What you need to know

Each download has matching documentation. Use the right doc for what you downloaded:

Surface owners — Plugins (WordPress, Next.js, Nuxt, Gatsby, Shopify, static) and the AOM Surface Explorer browser extension. Read Plugins and Browser extension in Documentation. For automation behavior (forbidden / ready / open), see Automation modes.

For surface owners

You own a website or app and want to expose AOM so agents can read and act on your surfaces. Download plugins for your stack (WordPress, Next.js, Nuxt, Gatsby, Shopify, static) and the AOM Surface Explorer browser extension.

Downloads for agent owners

All artifacts are built into website/releases/<SPEC_VERSION>/ (e.g. 0.1.0/) with subfolders: surface-plugins/, agent-agent-kits/, extension/. This site currently serves downloads for AOM spec v0.1.0. Run create-zips.ps1 (Windows) or create-tars.sh (Linux/macOS) from the repo root to regenerate. Spec and validators: www.agentobjectmodel.org.
